Stew’s career began at Quaker Oats, where he progressed through all aspects of sales management, business unit leadership and P&L roles. Before becoming the CEO of CMG, he was the Vice President of Sales at Bayer Consumer HealthCare. Stew has a unique ability to guide our clients to take the next most important action to reach their goals amidst the chaos of the market, the internal stresses on sales teams and the constant need to deliver improved results.
With more than 15 years of leading and developing unique analytical modeling with over 30 clients in the CPG industry, Jeff has developed a high level of expertise and application in problem solving and game theory.
As Chief Data Scientist, Jeff is immersed with everyone from field sales to CEOs and Board of Directors as he works to create the best outcomes from strategic decisions. Across the industry, Jeff often engages and consults with industry leaders about the application of his pricing and trade analytic expertise in framing problem-solving constructs and determining probabilistic paths that create profit and growth solutions. Jeff holds a MS in Mathematics with an emphasis in Finance and Econometrics as well as a BS in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University.
Patrick is a C-level executive and business builder with turn-around experience in large public, mid-size private equity, and VC-backed CPG companies.
He has held CEO or senior leadership positions at Forward Foods/Detour Protein, Healthy Food Holdings, and Zola Beverages. He started his career in the Jewel Food Stores management training program and then progressed on to marketing leadership roles at Quaker Oats, Sealright Packaging, Certive, and RR Donnelley. Pat was CMG’s first client in 1993 as Brand Manager of Quaker Oats’ Near East side dish business. In 2002, he was the first executive to become a Principal Consultant at CMG and has returned to our firm to lead, enable and do the professional problem solving and applied business solution work he enjoys most. Pat holds a MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from Knox College.
As a Director, Rob oversees content development as well as communication with General Managers and the client sales’ organization.
Through management of the analyst team, he provides actionable trade strategies through account planning, promotional and pricing analyses, and overall business analytics. Rob has experience in statistical and behavioral economic theory through his work experience and education where he holds a MS in Marketing as well as a BA in International Commerce with a Minor in Business from Texas A&M University.
From complex and vast business data challenges, Shane creates insights, performance clarity and actionable recommendations to guide CMG’s clients to achieve their goals and create successful business outcomes.
He has a background providing analytical insight across various data sets and planning capacities. Shane holds a BS in Mathematics from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
As a Business Analyst, Ian provides data-driven insights for strategic account planning and pricing decisions through analysis of company and industry data.
He built the foundations for his statistical and business acumen over the course of two master’s degrees, receiving an MS in Business Analytics from UT Austin and an MS in Mathematics from the University of South Alabama.
With numerous publications in the field of mathematics, Joel's unique blend of expertise and passion for problem solving helps companies make mathematically-informed decisions.
Joel holds a PhD in Mathematics from Baylor University in Waco, TX. His dissertation is titled "A polynomial approximation to the inverse of a matrix."
Leanne ensures that CMG’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. Her many responsibilities include managing HR, IT, and bookkeeping functions. Leanne has a BS in Business from Missouri State University.
