As a Director, Rob oversees content development as well as communication with General Managers and the client sales’ organization. Through management of the analyst team, he provides actionable trade strategies through account planning, promotional and pricing analyses, and overall business analytics. Rob has experience in statistical and behavrioral economic theory through his work experience and education where he holds a M.S. in Marketing as well as a B.A. in International Commerce with a Minor in Business from Texas A&M University.
Director, Business Intelligence | Woodlands Office
As Director of Business Intelligence, Jim manages the design and construction of CMG’s software products and services. His background spans 15 years of software strategy, development, and product management with firms including Coca Cola, IBM, Campbell’s, Hillshire Brands, and most recently as a Senior Technical Manager at Tyson, Inc. Jim has a BS in Accounting from The University of Texas at Dallas as well as a BS in Computer Science from The University of Houston – Victoria.

Mike brings 25 years of experience from a broad base of CPG companies. His experiences include Unilever, Wrigley, Diamond Foods, Plum Organics, Ferrara Candy and most recently, Mamma Chia. He has an extensive background in account management, sales leadership and customer marketing at both large and small companies. His ability to collaborate with customers and cross functional internal departments has driven significant top and bottom-line results for his companies and retailer partners. He leads the CMG operation based out of Oakland, CA. Mike holds a Bachelor’s in Business Admin, Marketing, from Bradley University.

With more than 30 years experience in CPG, Mike brings broad skills leading sales teams across multiple channels, represented by direct sales teams, and by regional and national sales agencies. Mike has over 12 years of customer marketing experience developing strategic plans and implementing tactics that lead to improved efficiencies of trade spending and sales controllable improvements.

Vivek supports clients with data driven insights about price and promotional planning. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from VIT( Pune, India), a dual MS from Texas A&M in Finance and Economics with a focus on quantitative finance and econometrics, and is currently a candidate in the CFA Program preparing for the Level III exam.

Binoy’s primary responsibilities include providing clients with actionable items in regards to pricing and promotion strategies. With a solid background in mathematics, he has worked with a variety of data sets and has gained expertise in formulating business plans through the analysis of data. Binoy holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of Texas.

Jenna’s primary responsibilities include the analysis and development of key learnings from pricing and promotional activities. With expertise in event level analytics, Jenna is deeply involved in the development of strategic recommendations to CMG’s Clients. She holds a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University.

With more than 15 years of analytical modeling experience in the CPG industry, Jeff has gained a high level of expertise and application in problem solving and game theory. He oversees day to day business operations while working closely with everyone from field sales to CEOs and Board of Directors to advise them in making strategic decisions. Jeff has a strong mathematical background and uses this experience to ensure the use of rigorous analytical techniques and accurate results. He holds a M.S. in Mathematics with an emphasis in Finance and Econometrics as well as a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University.

With over 30 years of experience in consumer goods, Tim brings to CMG a proven track record of practical and effective decision making. He has worked across all channels of trade to strengthen customer relationships, redeploy inefficient trade spending, and dramatically increase sales organization effectiveness. His robust experience spans from launching a start-up to managing multi-million dollar businesses and securing double-digit growth trajectories at Paris Presents, Papyrus-Recycled Greetings, Fellowes, Quaker Oats and Crossmark Sales and Marketing. As a Principal for CMG, Tim manages client relationships in the Midwest region and is responsible for building CMG’s business in the CPG community.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience in consumer products, Stew has developed expertise in selling and negotiating successful outcomes against clients’ stated business objectives and restating objectives to meet the realistic ability of CMG’s clients. He advises organizations in managing relationships and making decisions in highly chaotic business to business and retail environments. Stew’s leadership has transformed dozens of organizations through practical, intelligent business counsel and effective execution. Prior to leading CMG, he served as Vice President of Sales for Bayer Consumer Care in Morristown, New Jersey.

Reid works in both an analytical and research capacity to drive client and methodological insights. He holds a dual BS in Mathematics and Management Science from MIT, a MS in Operations Research from Georgia Tech, and is a currently a PhD candidate at Georgia Tech in Operations Research with a research focus on data-driven stochastic optimization and game theory.

Bruce brings over 25 years of commercial operations experience to CMG from his time spent in consumer packaged goods and consumer finance. Bruce has led teams focused on Brand Management, Marketing, Sales, New Product Development, Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Warehousing & Transportation for companies from Bayer Consumer Care, Bank of America, Fleet Laboratories, and Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA. Over the course of his career, Bruce has delivered brand building marketing and sales plans, integrated new brands into an existing portfolio, launched new products, played a leadership role in due diligence for brand acquisitions & divestitures and the sale of a company to private equity. Bruce works across disciplines within organizations to drive results and builds relationships with the retail trade and key suppliers to help enable success. Bruce received an undergraduate degree in economics from Denison University and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame. Bruce leads the CMG operation currently based out of The Woodlands, TX.

Leanne ensures that CMG’s day-to-day office operations run smoothly. Her many responsibilities include managing office scheduling and assisting with HR functions. Her excellent organizational skills keep the office running efficiently each day. Leanne has a BS in Business from Missouri State University.

Myra assists CMG’s clients in executing successful business strategies through effective account planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis. With experience in applied statistical analysis and project management, she is highly skilled in translating and applying analytical findings to business decisions. Myra holds a B.Math with Honours Mathematics and Business Administration from the University of Waterloo.
